Refund policy

Every SIGVE STUDIO product is made to order: we print your item only after you order it. Because of this, we do not accept returns and we do not give refunds, for example if you change your mind, choose a different size than you wanted or no longer like the design. Please check the product page, size guide and your order details carefully before you buy.

Damaged or defective items: we send you a new one

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping.

To request a replacement:

Email us at marissareijngoud@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and, if damaged in transit, the packaging.
We review your request and, once approved, we produce and send a new item. You do not need to send the original item back.

What is not considered a defect

Small differences are normal for made-to-order products. This includes a size difference within the stated tolerance (±0.75 in / 1.9 cm for tote bags and 0.375 in / 0.9 cm for makeup bags), slight color differences caused by screens or the print process, and the placement of the pattern on the bag. We also cannot replace items because of spelling mistakes or incorrect details in a personalization or address that you entered yourself.

Lost parcels

If your tracking shows that the parcel is lost, or it has not arrived long after the estimated delivery time, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement.

Cancelling or changing an order

Production starts quickly after you order. Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order or change the shipping address. We can only do this if production has not started yet.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law, for example the statutory legal guarantee for products that do not conform to the contract.
