1. Who we are

This website, sigvestudio.com, is operated by SIGVE STUDIO, Chisinaustraat 45, 3541 ET Utrecht, The Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KVK): 71727086. VAT number: NL001174037B47. Email: marissareijngoud@gmail.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean SIGVE STUDIO, and "you" means the person visiting the website or placing an order.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every visit to our website and to every order and agreement between you and SIGVE STUDIO. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Deviations only apply if we agreed to them in writing.

3. Products

We sell tote bags and makeup bags with all-over designs printed by dye sublimation. All products are made to order. We describe and show our products as accurately as possible, but colors may look slightly different on your screen. Small differences within the stated size tolerance are normal. Makeup bags are intended for adults.

4. Personalized products

Some products can be personalized. You are responsible for the text, names and other content you supply. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe the rights of others and is not unlawful, hateful or offensive. We may refuse or cancel personalized orders that do not meet these requirements, and refund you in full. Please check spelling and details before you order, because we print exactly what you enter. For best results, avoid very small text and very detailed designs, as they may print blurry.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Where applicable, taxes such as VAT are shown or calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. For some destinations, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery, as described in our Shipping Policy. You pay at the moment you place your order, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and, if so, will give you the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

6. Orders and agreement

Your order is an offer to buy. The agreement is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock or production problems, suspected fraud, or incorrect information. If we cancel after you paid, we refund you in full.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delays do not entitle you to compensation, but you may have statutory rights, such as the right to cancel if we fail to deliver within a reasonable additional period that you set. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or a person you named takes possession of the goods.

8. Returns, refunds and replacements

All products are made to order. We do not accept returns and do not give refunds for a change of mind. If a product is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we send you a replacement free of charge, as described in our Refund Policy. Your mandatory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

9. Defects and legal guarantee

We are responsible for products that conform to the agreement. If a product is damaged or defective, tell us within 30 days of delivery, or as soon as you discover a defect for hidden defects, and we will send you a replacement. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual property

All designs, images, texts, logos and other content on this website belong to SIGVE STUDIO or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our prior written permission. Your purchase gives you the product, not any rights to the designs on it.

11. Liability

We are liable for damage that results from our intent or gross negligence, and for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control (force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

12. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using automated tools to collect data without our permission.

13. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Complaints

If you are not satisfied, please contact us first at marissareijngoud@gmail.com. We will confirm receipt of your complaint and aim to resolve it within a reasonable time. If we cannot resolve it together, you can bring your dispute to the competent court as described below. Consumers in the EU may also contact their national consumer authority.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Dutch law applies to these terms and to all agreements between you and us, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live and you may bring a claim before the court that is competent in your country of residence.

16. Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version in force when you placed it. The latest version is always available on this website.
