Shipping policy

All SIGVE STUDIO products are made to order. This page explains where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs.

Where we ship

Tote bags: United States, Canada, all 27 European Union countries (including the Netherlands and Germany), Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
Makeup bags: United States, Canada and Australia. We do not currently ship makeup bags to the Netherlands or other EU countries.

We do not ship to other countries at this time. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot deliver there.

Production time

Each item is printed only after you order it. Production takes about 2 business days before the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery times are counted in business days from the moment you place your order. They are estimates, not guarantees.

During busy periods, such as the holiday season, production and delivery can take longer. The product page shows an estimated delivery date for your country.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Below that amount, the shipping cost depends on your destination and the weight of your order. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping starts at the following prices (USD, one lightweight item). The price goes up with the weight of your order.

Separate shipments and tracking

Tote bags and makeup bags can be produced and shipped separately, so an order with both products may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days. The free shipping threshold of $50 is calculated per shipment. When your parcel ships, we send you a confirmation email with tracking information where the carrier provides it.

Customs, import duties and taxes

For destinations outside the European Union, such as Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Australia, your parcel may be subject to import VAT, duties or handling fees charged by customs or the carrier. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. Please check the rules in your country before ordering.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before you place your order. We cannot change an address once production has started. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can send it again at your cost.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, or it arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact us at marissareijngoud@gmail.com as soon as possible, and within 30 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Include your order number and, if relevant, photos. We will arrange a replacement as described in our Refund Policy.
